Your upload rights

You must own or have permission to process and publish every photograph, logo, headshot and property detail you upload. You remain responsible for obtaining seller, photographer and agency approvals.

Virtual staging

Generated images are marketing aids. You must review every output and disclose virtual staging wherever required. Do not present generated furniture, finishes or accessories as fixtures included with a property. ListingMode includes labelled copies and before/after proof for this purpose.

Accuracy

You are responsible for verifying listing facts, translations, measurements, prices and local advertising requirements before publication. Outputs may contain errors and must not replace professional or legal review.

Payments

Credits and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. A listing credit unlocks one completed kit. Subscription changes and invoices are managed through the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or personal imagery. Do not attempt to access another customer’s data or bypass watermarks, rate limits or payment controls.
