What ListingMode processes

We process your account details, property facts, property photographs, generated media, payment references and essential product events to provide ListingMode. Do not upload photographs containing people, identity documents or information you do not have the right to use.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. Kie and Fal process selected property photos. OpenAI prepares listing text and room classification. Reels are rendered by our own infrastructure. Stripe handles payment information. These providers process only the information needed for their function.

Advertising analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API to measure advertising performance, sending a hashed identifier and event data (such as signup or purchase) but never raw contact details. Visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before this runs. Visitors elsewhere are measured by default, consistent with an opt-out model; a "Privacy Choices" control is available on every page to turn this off at any time, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically as an opt-out. Turning analytics off does not affect your ability to use or pay for ListingMode.

Retention

Completed listing projects and their media are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Billing records and legally required transaction records may be kept longer. You can delete your account from Settings; this removes application data and private storage files.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the operator address published with the deployed service. Withdrawing a request before processing may not be possible once an external render has started. Your analytics choice can be changed at any time from the Privacy Choices control.

Security

Customer media is stored in private buckets. Preview files carry physical watermarks. Clean generated files are served only after an authenticated ownership and purchase check.
